On this page is the link to the OSC's Hurricane Harvey research survey. Its purpose is for casual observers to provide rainfall observations so that we can better understand the distribution of rainfall during Harvey and to help determine the storm's effects on both Texas residents and the environment. It will take about five to fifteen minutes to complete. In addition to any observations, we're also interested in the observation site and the gauges used. No personal information will be made public, but the data used in our analysis and any other analyses will be. This study is supported by the National Science Foundation, Grant #1764340, and by the Office of the State Climatologist, Texas A&M University.
