College Station Monthly Summary: September 2000

The record high temperatures at the end of August continued into the beginning of September as new record highs were set on the first five days of the month. On the 12th to the 14th, a cold front in North Texas helped to produce 0.83" of rain in College Station over a three day span. The first strong cold front of the season moved through on the 24th, triggering more rain and causing temperatures to plummet.
